| This is a beautiful 1978 Corvette Pace Car with 552 original miles. I am a private seller not a dealer, I am the FIRST titled owner of this classic Corvette. I purchased this from a Chevrolet Dealer in West Virginia. This is the1978 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car L-48 Automatic and CB Radio Option. This car has only 552 miles with the Original Window Sticker and the Original EPA Sticker sticker still on the passenger side window. The documentation includes, Window Sticker, EPA sticker, 1978 Warranty Booklet, original (tattered) key tag, Original paper detailing use of turn signals, headlight dimmer, ignition and mirror adjustment, Key Punched delivery card from 1978, and Chevrolet warranty labels showing VIN. This car has great investment potential and is in as new condition as you will ever find for a 1978 Corvette. When I bought this Pace Car in 2006 from the Chev. Dealer in West Virginia, I had the following done at a very high end professioal performance shop, BnT Performance in Wilmington NC to assure that everything was in perfect running order: Power Antenna Repaired AC Delco Plug Wire Set and plugs Brake Master Cylinder Ignition Cap and Rotor Brake Calipers and pads EGR Valve Distributor New Belts & Hoses Thermostat and Vacuum Kit AC Delco Oil Filter and Royal Purple Oil Water Pump Polished Valve Covers SB Chevy Cyclone Manifold Intake Bolt Kit Stage 8 Bolts Polished Oil Stick And Polished Oil Cap Valve Cover Bolts and Grommets COMP Camshaft Steel Brake Lines Exhaust Gasket Set Hydraulic Lifters Optima Red Top Battery Flowmater Exhaust System with Headers 4 Goodyear Eagle GTII Tires This 1978 Pace Car looks, drives, runs, handles and stops perfectly. It is a basically like having a brand new car from the 1970's era!!!! I have most if not all of the original parts in my possession and buyer will receive all. Buyer to arrange shipping at his expense or car can be picked up in person within 7 days of auction close. I have the clear title and the car and title will be released only after the funds are cleared by my bank. Wire transfer of funds is the fastest way of verification and is my preferred method of receiving payment.
